Day 0, I hope that it is the last relapse...
motivate yourself daily brother, why you need to do the reboot? motivate several times per day, that way the urges won´t shake you down. however if you start feeling deep hesitation, just get out of the house, don´t be alone. don´t think about it, not even positive thinking, cause in the compulsive stage your addicted mind is a bulldozer. just get out of the house, cool your head, gather your determination, and only step inside when you´re sure about what do you want in life.

well, that´s kind of tricky there. it´s your own consciouness that will determine what you´ll do. technically it´s a relapse cause your counter says no P-M-O. but if you change your counter goals, since in fact you allready attained the 90 days, there´s no need to reset.
however there´s a more important issue here. you see, we are not really addicted to porn, we´re addicted to sexual stimulation, lust. so whether is from prostitutes, real or virtual, the issue is still at hand, seeing sex as a way to satisfy body urges and not in the context of a loving relation.
don´t get me wrong, i´m not trying to say to not have sex in a flirt date, a hot night or something like that, not at all, what i´m saying is that if you get used to see sex as recreational behaviour, sex without love, the more you indulge in lustful stimulation the more your ex-addicted brain will crave for it, and you can easily fall back into PMO. watch it.
Today I feel more energy than the last week but some pimples appeared.

- just checking in to say I'm still feeling a lot of urges lately but holding strong so far
- hopefully these urges will leave and I can be at peace again
- going on a week of urges now, ugh!
