back at the 0 :-( but still proud that I have been sober for 17 days longest streak i a long time the more I learn about it the more I hate it sorry for the setback was really well on the way, hope this is another learning moment and that I get the 90 chellenge one time.

Day 10 Started off great but had a rough patch right after work. Decided to do some exercise to clear my mind.

 

Thanks mate won with urges today is another day
