Relapsed. Day 1 again.
Started again the 90 day journey.
84 days(12 weeks) wohoo
23/90 - went to the gym today after a week off, feeling good!
relapse.... oh my
Day 7 complete. No porn, no escorts, no caffeine or sleep aids. It feels so good to say that. I've been sleeping so much better and waking up without feeling suicidal. Sexual dreams and urges have begun but I know I dont have to give power to those thoughts.
Day 2. Checkin.
Day 51/90 Successful.

Day 43/90 consecutive no PM
Day 145 no alcohol or caffeine
38 days of weight training
- feeling good but had some urges yesterday when free WiFi made looking accessable as I don't have data on my phone and no wifi where I'm staying
- staying strong with no PMO so far
8 days. Temptations this morning. I saw what the trigger was. I resolved the issue and the temptations are gone.
Hm, I thought I would already love myself, but I think I should do more. For example not to listen other opinions etc.
