Been doing good with exercise. I finished 2 days of the couch to 5k program and did 1 half hour walk. I have been doing lots of research on gut health and our micro biomes and yesterday I did some research on how exercise effects those. The answer is very intriguing. There have been some studies done. They did one study where they had people who did not exercise exercise for 6 weeks and then not exercise for six weeks. The people who exercised's gut micro biomes changed and they had more short chain fatty acids. After they were sedentary it went back to how it was before.
Another study was done with mice where they did the same thing. They saw the same results. In this study they also transplanted fecal matter from mice who had exercised and not exercised into different mice who were born and grew up in a sterile environment who had no microbiome. They found that the ones who had the transplant from mice who exercised were much more active than the ones who had the transplant from the ones who did not. Very interesting. For those who not know much about microbiome and gut health you should read about it. It is so important for not only our physical health but also our mental health.
Haha people have always told me that it is pointless to exercise if you don't eat healthy. This has discouraged me from exercising. This proves that wrong. Even when I struggle with eating healthy I can exercise and it will make a difference. Once I have made a habit of it I can change my eating habits. One thing at a time. These habit changes will help me stop acting out with PMO.

- still pain in left nut so made a doctors appt for tomorrow
- after researching it for hours this morning I might have epididymitis or a epididimal cyst
- wondering if ejaculating (without porn) might help relieve the potential blockage in the epidiymus which when I feel it is tender, hard and swollen
- full of anxiety about it as I wonder if years of edging may have caused it or not ejaculating as often as I used to while on nofap
- hopefully it will go away soon by itself or with meds
