it always puzzle me why people insist on going hard mode if they are on a relationship. it makes no sense, hard mode is really hard mode. sex is not your problem, porn is!! after the reboot you´ll be a totally different man, but the major beneficits will be gained in the abstinence of porn/masturbation. so if your in a relationship, do sex as much as you want, it makes no sense on priving yourself of something, make the reboot even harder, just for an fancy ideal. you don´t need that kind of pressure.

wise decision. after a lot of pain i also decided to quit alcohol and sugar on this streak because of reasons similar to what you said. plus alcohol slows down the rewire of the brain, so it´s better to stay abstinent on the entire reboot
