that´s a huge iceberg right there bro. do you consider yourself to be an addict? have you experience the 2 main issues of addiction, compulsion and loss of control? if so you´re probably an addict, that means you´ll never control one fap per week. forget it. plus if you allow yourself to fap once in a while soon your brain will ask for some fantasy, soon you´ll start making concessions... soon you´ll start seeing nudes, eroticism, softcore, etc... until you reach a full porn relapse. the obsession will not stop. no my brother, if you´re an addict, you have to go all in.
awesome bro. now as time goes by you might feel like making concessions, softening your aproach, peaking a little bit, searching a little bit, there´s this kind of subtles moves towards lust, very subtle, but they´re there. once you aware of it put yourself back on track like it´s the first day of the reboot. don´t deviate an inch from your initial plan. if you attain more than a month in nofap that means your system works. so keep doing it, stay humble, stay sharp and follow that same system till the end. go bro, you can do it.

Thank u. You are right. Thanks GOD I didn’t fail P also. Now i know why i failed and most people failed at day 7-10. As per science, the level of testosterone will increase after stopping M till achieve its pick level at day 7 of an increase to 147% more testosterone!! Then it will begin to decrease to achieve the normal level after 2 weeks. This time i will do it: no more M. I have 10 tough days and i will fight them by doing much more gym to pass them. God be with me and you all. => One more question please, stopping M completely has any bad side effect to sex performance with a partner ? Thank u.
