Day 1 for me. Buddy, have you ever tried to let go of counting the days? I’ve used mindfulness to let go of obsessive thoughts mentally and it works for me. Your counter on the website can remain, you just have to learn to let go of the thought and focus on the things at hand. Perhaps it will lead you to greater heights?

Day 2!

 

Day 10. The first set of 10. I would like to say it flew by and I hardly noticed but that wasn't the case. Maybe it was the all the late night conversations with my wife or staying up late researching what PMO does to the brain. I dont really know but I am glad to be have 10 days under my belt. Here is to another 10 more than another 10 more than another 10 more all the way to 90.
