Yesterday i cried.
1st time in last 10yrs.
I never thought that crying is a normal human emotion & i consider people crying r IDIOTS specially those who say that they got relief after.
That happened yesterday with no reason.
2/90 Feeling more connected to the present, but also very depressed at times. No urges, no interest in porn, more interested in real human interaction.
Same thing happened first time in years to me last year, its the first indicator you are walking in the right direction and proof we are truly human.

Coach at gym told me it is time to begin taking protein and supplements for body building after burned enough fat.
Anyone knows if these supplements affect sex, testicles, dick, .....???
i asked him, he told me no, the steroids is the one that affect testicles.
Anyone have any suggestion please? For sure steroids NO, but other protein supplements and vitamins, and body building in general have any bad effect on sex in general?

- relapsed knowingly that I would as I set today is D-day to start all over (dumb excuse, I know)
- definitely have the dopamine monster back in my brain taking hold and making me want to PMO
- of course not as strong as it was 9 months ago before starting challenges
- I must stay strong for about a week or two until the urges decrease
