Taking extra protein can't hurt, it's good for the regeneration of your muscles. Can't imagine that vitamins would be bad. Taken with working out will only be beneficial to your sex drive

Wonderful advice and just what I need. Never thought of how to channel dopamine. I am retired and my wife has 6 more years of work before she is retired so being home alone all day is the norm for me. I get out for walks, workouts and motorbike rides though but that only absorbs a few hours. I need to get my woodworking hobby in gear next. That should help.

Social media craving is very high will not touch social media for the next 90 days except whattsapp.
