Stared in 2017
First challenge of 10 days
Do you have some strategies to cope? Lot of people say it's not about not doing PMO, it's about what you do with your time instead. Being conscious, eating healthy, working out, improving areas in your life that need improving. What helps me tremendously is having a pornblocker on all my devices. Without those I would never have a streak longer than a few days
Starting a day 0
Plz don"t give up
Hold on i"m too feeling heavy steps but struggling.....
Nope my xams are near ...So i am out of options ryt now....btw Congrats on 17 days streak✔✔✔
The problem is usually bedtime.
exams seem to be a good distraction. When it's bedtime, put your laptop and phone somewhere else, try to read a book falling asleep.
1 Day in.
So fkn nervous but on the surface looks calm & ready. plz guys around don"t fall off, don"t relapse...............
Day 11 / 90
Started Challenges Jan 25, 2019
Relapsed 13/234 Days
Longest streaks 67 and 51 days
Current Challenge 2/90
Day 73 weight training
Day 3 reduced alcohol, caffeine and deserts
- I'm still here and waiting for the brain fog and urges from the past 2 weeks of PMO to clear
- I am hopeful that doing the 7 day challenges x12 with @illsucceed will help me make it this time to the 90 day mark
- your brother in this struggle
Checking in day 4!
Now I am able to handle anxiety easily!
Day 13/90 done!
Day 6 no PMO
Hey everybody, it has been a while!
Went on a road trip, which started off really well. No data, so easily managed 5 days.
But it was with my ex girlfriend. Yep, went as well as it sounds! Which has resulted in me falling badly, being down in the dumps and binging big time! Really bad.
So the question is, can I turn it around? Can I turn my life around?! I am sick and tired of going round in circles and generally feeling like a bit of a loser. Need to make some serious changes. With some serious effort. Find a way out of this mild depression that seems to have been a constant for possibly years now.
Starting again then. Hope I haven't done too much damage with this relapse! I really need this to work.
