For coffee, I will not stop, non sugar coffee has huge benefits on health.

terrible idea bro. try to beat two monsters at the same time is asking for loads of suffering that will gonna make you wanna poke your eyes and relapse big time in the 2 fronts.
i think it´s better to aproach this wisely, first overcome the addiction that causes you more pain, and then go for the other addiction. that way you have more energy and focus. remember that addictions are not habits, they´re deeply engraved behaviours and cognitions in our system.
i decided to change my counter to just porn/masturbation, those are the real issues for me. no need to drag my wife into this and deprive her and myself of natural sex. but if i peek i will definitely not use sex to compensate my urges. oh no. i will deal with them the best i can, it´s my responsability anyways.
brothers, i found a great video that´s explains why we keep relapsing even if we don´t want to. very important stuff here, watch it. today i tried his tecnique and i felt a great relief of urges and suddently very at ease at being home alone.
That's the exact reason my badge says no PM. As well. I tried going hard mode but it was hard on my wife not having sex and she felt unwanted. If we keep having sex with our wives frequently, it should help us not want to look at porn since we would be sexually saciated (full) with no energy for MO.
