I’ve had a bad few days as well bro. I’ve had long streaks in the last few years but I have to get back in the zone. All my friends, family, etc have problems out of their control but we can control this. So man...let’s do it ok. I just realised there that Christmas Day is exactly 90 days away so first things first. Let’s get our elusive 90 days ticked off, day by day ok. Whenever you’re tempted just think of Xmas Day ok, just think how amazing you would feel waking up that day without having relapsed between now and then. I’ve put a big Xmas emoji as the wallpaper on my iPad just to remind me every time I’ll have it on. FUCK this shit...I’m fuckin sick of it!!! We can do this bro...
