I totally agree with you. If you go back only 20 years before internet took hold, doing no PMO was easy. High speed internet is what has made PMO like a heroine addiction.

Alrighty, day 3/90.... Back in the saddle after relapse which took a couple of days... Don't wanna waste time anymore. I had a streak of 24 days and I felt GREAT. Really, it had such an impact on my mental wellbeing... During my streak I was way more equipped to handle tragedy. I had a deeper feeling for positive and negative emotions, but they never took me over. Like you have a very clear distance towards everything, not letting things get a hold of you, but being more present and appreciative of life. Can't wait to get past day 14, that's when I started noticing. Good luck everyone!
All is good and in control. Stay strong guys. Onward and upward to freedom.
Day 8 of 90 day challenge. I literally feel some changes in myself after 7 days of nofap
8 days without an incident.
keep it up bro. you can feel more changes stay tuned
I'm new here and starting today.
Day 5/90 checking in
I picked up very quickly after a relapse of 2 days. The shortest relapse ever. Usually it's weeks or months. The good thing is all my strategies to keep away from pm are now mostly part of my life as habits. That's what you get for not giving up I guess.
Good day everyone.
Day 12 /90
Every day that pass, is a battle won. Live another day, climb a little higher.
