Day 80 weight training (3X/wk)
Day 18 reduced alcohol, caffeine and sweets
- checking in, feeling good, not feeling any urges so far
- one minute, one hour, one day at a time mentality this time around
- your brother in this struggle

2/90 didnt get much sleep
My first 9/90...and my first 0/90...it happened, just like that
Seeing man ur age struggling & succeeding makes oldies like me ashamed of relapsing
When I was ur age, i was punch of trash, fap machine, dump, idiot....
Be smart my friend, be special, do it & inspire me.....
A Day with epic struggle counts for month of flatline.....

it´s hard in the beginning, just hang in there bro. good sleep will come, just hang in there. meanwhile try tea, barley or even sleeping pills to help you sleep better. much love
in a flash right? . even though, there are still things that predict the downfall. see if you can trace were you start to hesitate, when you stop being enthusiastic with your life and allowed lust to enter again. go bro, restart when you feel ready.
