Day 53/90. Longer streaks without pmo seem to build momentum and confidence, which definitely helps you keep going.
Living without pmo has been a happier lifestyle for me, despite the fact that I have faltered many times over the past few years. And I've been happiest during those periods when I didn't falter for a long time.
When I used to watch porn regularly, I was indulging in a secret life that I felt I needed to keep hidden from others. Hiding sucks. It separates you from other people, and you can't be comfortable with who you are.

Feeling in control, some sexual feelings when I'm awake at night, but I recognise them as only thoughts that will pass. No need to act on them. Observe them and be aware of myself and my environment, maintaining myself in reality not fantasy.

- leaving today for a 2 week solo holiday so if I don't post, you know why ... No wifi
- feeling strong going into this trip which is good since hotel rooms on my own with WiFi have been a trigger in the past
