that´s still dangerours. having urges and acess to internet is a major problem in the reboot. it´s better to create a triggers plan, here´s in detail: "Doing a Triggers Plan means that you identify all the factors that potencially leads you to pmo and deal with them before they constitute a real danger. Example: Let´s say that at night you usually think on pmo. A trigger plan can be that you put all the electronic devices away from you at night, in a inaccessible spot. That way even if you start feeling hesitant, you have no way of acting out, so the hesitation will die quickly. But if you need to work on your laptop at night, go to places in the house with other people, the screen facing exposure. If you live alone, work on your balcony, screen facing the street, etc etc… make the plan very accurate." create a triggers plan bro. that way you won´t get caught by the addicted mind.
For me it was like that 1st 35 days flatline 35 my 1st so called wet dream which actually not a dream, i just woke up after feeling something passed without any fantasy or dream 35 to 50 days of HELL, with another so called"wet dream" After 50 it starts to be easy, more smooth, not perfect but manageable....
Today is my 3rd day in this challenge. Full of determination as I have done small meditation in the morning. Will be reading reboot motivational book. Still, 87 days to go...
