Insomnia can cause some serious urges, I know how you feel. Not much to do at night, especially when you're not alone, and lying there just adds fuel to the fire. Kudos for taking that shower, that's the spirit!

sorry to hear that bro. unfortunately life doesn´t care if we´re on a reboot ordeal. life will go on with it´s joy´s and pain´s as always. we can´t stray away from the world during 90 days, like a monastery retreat, nop, we got to deal with life as it is. the good, the bad and the ugly (pmo).
you should embrace the pain bro. stay with the pain, not numb it or distract yourself from it.
a techique called "letting go" which is used in mindfulness and spirituality. in detail: you recognize there´s a strong feeling in you. and you stop, close your eyes, and BE with the feeling. just be. don´t try to change it, don´t judge it, don´t make it go away. just pay attention to it, BE with it. then slowly the sensation will become subtler and subtler.
that´s the proper way to deal with hard feelings.
also i recommend that you meditate daily, it´s great to create emotional balance.

Eminem beat his addiction by running.
I am losing myself. Every time I fap I lose all my experience. Now i can keep up long streak only after binging. I need to deal with this or its going to eat all my life. This last time I have ever fap. From now on i will complete this thing and never to relapse again. It's now or never.
starting from now, today i am going to take this 90 days challenge..this is my first long days challenge.. i have completed 30 days challenge before.
