I did read this carefully. Since this is a secular forum and everyone is entitled to their beliefs, I will only say that the information about the nutriotional content of one ejaculation is most likely incorrect. If you take a look at this article from the Journal of Andrology (https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.2164/jandrol.04104), maximum protein content per 100 mL of semen is 7460 mg, that is, 7,46 grams. To get that amount, you'd have to ejaculate on average 30 times. Yet 100 gr. (3,52 oz.) of beef steak contain on average 26 gr. of protein, that is, the amount of protein contained in 90-95 healthy ejaculations.
Unfortunately, the article doesn't contain precise information on ascorbic acid content, so a comparison to oranges and lemons will have to wait.
Then again, the nutrients contained in semen are probably not ready for reabsorption, so no matter how long you go without ejaculation it will not help you preserve them — they are no longer available for your body. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
I mean, I'm all up for motivation, but let's keep the material facts as straight as we can.

Learn from your relapses. It is not fail if you learn. For example, I break my longest streak of 25 days, laying in bed in the morning. I was fantasizing some shit and boom, before I know it I relapsed. But important thing is that I understand now I am weak in the mornings and I am getting out of bed 1 seconds after I wake up. Also, 16 days and 40 days are not small accomplishments. I remember a time when I was PMOing 40 times a month, now it is already October and I pmo less than 40 times for the whole year... that is a huge accomplishment for me, and I value it, so should you!

I have no interest in anything today, generally feeling shit and tired.
I restarted my day count yesterday after a relapse with PMO one time. I believe this was triggered by stress and anxiety over major dental work I need and am meeting with various dentists for consultations.
Today I commit to staying sober for the rest of the day!!!
I know that feeling dude.

1. Are you dressed? If not then get dressed!
2. Have you had a shower in the last 24 hours?
3. Have you been outside today?
4. Have you had social interaction today? (Or something like that).
I think you get the idea. Just make a couple of small steps to get yourself going a little bit Doesn't have to be much, but give it a go.
