totally agree, its a trick i used when i quit smoking, seems to be helping me here too. 31 days in of no porn (30+ year daily addiction), been getting bad physical withdrawal, headaches (at the worst it lasted for 3 days, now it comes and goes), mild flu like symptoms, body aches, etc. I seem to be over the worst of it now. Im not doing the 90 day challenge, im just seeing how far i can get... 1 day at a time.
