Congrats on your success! As to the challenges available, surely you've seen the 365-day challenge?
You can try limiting yourself to just answering calls and not touching the phone for anything else. Of course if your work allows you to do that. Personally, I've tried app blockers, but they are easy to get around. Some even failed to launch properly.
Also, digital detox is all the rage these days, so you can ditch your smartphone for a dumb phone and tell everyone you are being "conscious."

Day 23 reduced alcohol, caffeine and sweets
- tried to have sex with the wife last night and couldn't get aroused so I gave up and went to sleep
- quite depressing and I assume it was the porn images in my head yesterday which made me flat line last night
- we discussed the option of no sex for 90 days in order to give my brain time to heal from the fantasizing I do during sex in order to maintain an erection...sad but true

well, you can´t prevent the initial porn thoughts, they pop out of nowhere, however you can do something about it when you realise you´re having those thoughts: don´t feed them, don´t engage in them, just pay attention to the present moment and they will vanish out of thin air.
as for eletronic devices, in the first 3/4 weeks you´re going through the compulsion stage (acting on a impulse), and it will be very hard to handle the urges if you´re sorrounded with the tools to relapse. it´s gonna be like an alcoholic living in a liquor store.
so the safest way is to simply prevent yourself from being home alone. if you need to be home alone take all eletronic devices out of the house, no questions asked.
