Day 10/90 completed but today I was about to get relapsed as I had chased effect in the morning and I gave in but this time I fought back and I didn't give up easily.

But after 1 minutes into the video a voice echoed in my mind that there are brothers who are fighting the war the war against porn and if I gave up easily then how can I support my brothers in the war and how to not diminish the hope of light and that's it I closed the window

And I started nothing how it happened and created a boundary around me.

So brothers be careful dont know when and how your brain door gets KNOCK KNOCK by porn but we should be ready to it .

And even if you fail stand up and keep moving forward towards your goals and never look back

Learn how to control your mind

    All the best brothers
    Your brother in this struggle

Hi Andrey1024! Stay strong, bro. As counter-intuitive as it might seem at first, don't tell them to go away. The key is not to talk to them at all, to stop entertaining them and to fill your head with something else. Being in public really helps, go hang out someplace. We are social beings and your mindset changes radically depending on whether you are alone or have somebody in sight.

Urges are temporary, quitting will last forever. Don't quit and keep up the fight.

Good to hear that, brother. Sometimes once a video starts playing, one thinks it's no use fighting any longer. But that's a damn lie. Keep up the fight.

Day 16 complete, starting Day 17. My schedule is sort of volatile these days, but I'll try and keep checking in.

Get back up, and dust yourself off. For a moment, ponder your mistake and then, move forward. I believe in you. You've got this.

First, congrats on 30 days. Second, when you are feeling like this, immediately stop what you're doing and go outside. Leave your phone behind. Maybe, take a walk. In times like this, you need an instant distract that will get you away from the temptation and access to it. Some folks here have gotten rid of personal computers and locked up their phones.

If you're still looking at porn, immediately stop it. It WILL keep you stuck. It will continue to prompt your brain for lust and urges. People more knowledgeable than I have explained the brain science behind pornography.

You need a hobby or some regular activity that will easily hold your attention for long periods of time. You need to work on and develop yourself. I have learned that beating PMO is less about resisting it and more about growing beyond it. Me personally, my goal is to get to the point where I don't even give PMO a thought. I will be too busy working, socializing and otherwise having fun to have any mental energy left for this addiction.

Ultimately, you will have to find a plan and figure out a lifestyle change that works for you. You can do this. You can beat this addiction for good.

That's great. Volatile means busy, too busy for PMO. Keep it up.

Long time no see everybody. How's your day going on so far? I hope everyone is fantastic. To be completely honest with you guys, I haven't signed up for this platform for a couple of weeks mainly because of my work, and I today started joining again. I fully recognized that I'm on 122 Days, which means how incredible and crazy I am because I wasn't expecting that. Keep staying fresh, busy and positive. You'll have a wonderful life. I wish all of you the best of luck. Let's build and peace out

Be strong, just talk to yourself. Why? You do not need it. Go away. You are strong and beautiful. You can do this. Fight to live for real another day, and another...
