Here is the best advice I can give you. You start again from day zero, but you have to learn something from your relapse. If you learn something than it is not a failure. Learn, why it happened, when, how? (was it worth and how you feel now-we all know the answers to these questions). IF you know why you will be able to prevent it next time.

An example from my own experience. A few months ago, I was relapsing right after day 3, every time. Every time in the mornings. So I learned that I am weak in the mornings and I created a new habit. Getting out of bed the second I woke up. I didn't relapse for more than three months in the morning and I never will.

Bro, I find it. I search someone's account in Instagram and there some badp**n accounts come below and I go there to visit and I search these types of shit accounts in insta and I fapped by this way after 3 hours of watching that shit type of accounts. So I go to uninstall the Instagram and my internet connection was losing after tomorrow . Thanks for sharing your past and I have one question that if we daily post the date in this event or if we not post the day will be start again from zero or not

One does not fail if if you learn from your experience, stand up and start again.
I am not sure that I understand your question, but you post the day you are on, If you relapsed today, then you are on day 0, after 24 hours you are 1 day in reboot so you can post day 1(at least, that is how I do it). The point is that you need to post and be aware of your progress. Also, its good for others to see, if you succeed it just encouragement for others, and if you fail, that is also beneficial for others as they can see you are struggling the same as they are and that they are no alone. Also, it is great because we can support each other.

Funny thing, it happened to me as well, with Instagram, and I deleted all my social media, and I didn't relapse using social media for more than a year. Also, I have so much more time not using FB and IG... It's a great thing, and it's funny for me when I say to people that I don't have social accounts, they look me like some weirdo, but if you think, they are the weird ones :)

yep, i think that in time you can apreciate looking at some kind of sexy ad or sports ilustrated picture and enjoying what is; "wow, pretty girl", no lust envolved, just apreciation. but only after a good reboot time, never sooner.

Let´s go bro, one day at a time, just this day!!!

an addiction is like a part of us. when we try to let go, them we can see the force it has on us. it´s like a leech that parasites both mind and body. the way to let go is to recognize all the little triggers, all the small things that we do that causes a full blown relapse later on, and manage them before it´s too late.

after a decent streak (i think yours was 15/16 days ) the porn pull has weakened a bit but something happens that brings the addiction alive again. in my experience, if the passion for life is low during many consecutive days, the addiction will ressurect to "solve the problem". see when you start collapsing brother, it´s a minor shift but it´s there.

you have reached more than 50 days pmo free brother. anyone who can do that has mastered a big chunk of his addiction. anyone who reachs 50 days, can reach 500, 5000 and 50000.

Let´s go brother, i´m with you, and i will be here when you pass the 90 days :emoji_muscle:

  16. Thanks brother. Great advice as usual. I will look for what's going on at the more subtle level in future. Peace be with you.

  17. That's nice sentiments. It's interesting how you can miss someone when all you know about them is what they type on a keyboard. Someone who is deaf and blind must have a similar experience getting to know people as all they have is braille to communicate. I feel I would miss some people on this site too but realize I have only given them a face (their avatar) and character/personailty in my mind. I'm sure I would be shocked to actually meet any of you in person as that image I have would be removed. Thought for the day, my brothers.
