    276/306 Good Days (no relapse)
    Day 98 weight training (M, W, F)
    Day 34 reduced alcohol, caffeine and sugar

    Joined nofap Jan 25, 2019
    Longest streaks 67 then 51 (4 years later)

    - relapsed, try again, can't believe how hard this is and how weak I am in the self-discipline department
    - back to the drawing board to learn how to up my game and be more self-disciplined
    - maybe this time will be the clincher???

  10. Also, stopping PMO will effect your sleep as your dopamine levels reset and go back to normal. The yo-yo of off and on stopping PMO has wrecked havoc on my sleep too. As you stay the course, sleep patterns will get better. Hope that helps.

  12. Many of us have been there bro. It sucks to reset the counter. But it's also an opportunity to make a deep-down decision for change. You can do it!
     
  13. Nice work bro! I found that my (borderline) PIED started to recover after about two months last time. Just let your body heal at its own pace - you're on the positive path.
