    I relapsed just at the end of day 7. This is my first attempt at nofap so Im giving myself an opportunity for redemption.

    I am back at 3/90. Day by day.

  15. 39 days. We must remember this is not just some day-counting exercise. It's about inner change, learning self-discipline, moving our lives towards more positive intentions.

    Turning away from P for the last five weeks or so I am noticing that I am feeling more peaceful, more in control, more optimistic. Also I feel like I'm gaining a healthier and more realistic relationship with women.

    These are the kinds of improvements towards well-being, both physical and mental, that make the efforts worth it. It's important to note these little realizations of progress along the way, as it helps keep us motivated to continue forward with our recovery.
