"Far over the misty mountains cold
To dungeons deep and caverns old
We must away ere break of day
To find our long-forgotten gold
The pines were roaring on the height
The winds were moaning in the night
The fire was red, it flaming spread
The trees like torches blazed with light"

Thankyou Sir for sharing this. Its so important to forgive ourselves for our past mistakes. Thankyou for this really. It helped me a lot.
Just to add to this. Jogging is great. U can join a gym too. being around people who r cultivating a good hobby works wonders. Plus u feel good. If u a student, visiting a library for ur studies helps. Staying shut at home triggers anxiety which u should avoid. U can even have an accountability partner. lets say ur best friend whom u tell everything honestly without fear of shame. for instance I tell my GF about my progress. Yes, my GF. its tough but I told her one day about my addiction and explained it to her and she was very understanding. Plus, cultivating some form of spiritual exercise helps- it can be prayer, going to church/mosque/temple or just meditation at home/group. Some literature also suggests that ur food habits has a lot to do with ur mood/sexual feelings. If u r eating too much non-veg and hot chilly food, such thoughts may pop up. Plain vegetarian food without too much spices also helps. and Most importantly, its ur committment buddy. We are all on our individual paths. U see what works for u.
Brothers I think this whole idea of a great big long streak creates anxiety itself. Many people r failing again and again at few days itself...its such a distant dream, ders no motivation in short term. Just take one day at a time. One day. Forget about 100s of days. that will happen. Just stay Porn free. Mk a committment never to watch it. rest all will fall in place. Cultivate some habits. A 90 day streak or 180 day streak will not make u superhuman. Its just a healthy habit we are cultivating for our peaceful and fulfilling life.
No @kay99 . Change this mindset brother. Noone is forcing u. U r not controlling anything. Just Observe. Just Observe the sensation, the anxiety u r feeling. Its not permanent. It will go away in few minutes/hours. Just stay on the course. One day at a time.Read my other today's comments, can be of help. This too shall Pass.
It was day 4 for me personally. Passed Smoothly. Gym session was brutal. Completed some studies. Cleaned my room, felt good haha. My whiteboard in room now says " PRAYER, GRATITUDE, MEDITATION, LOVE". Need This. Onwards, Onwards....c u guys tmrw.
