i hope everybody is doing allright. here´s a great video that shows that dwelling in "pleasures" can lead to a full blown relapse in porn. and makes perfect sense, everytime i loose the grip in alcohol or sweets i feel a lot more tendency to pmo. very interesting perspective here brothers. take a look
Current Challenge 5/90 (ends Mar 12)
293/326 Good Days (ave. relapse every 10 days, a huge improvement)
Day 106 weight training (M, W, F)
Day 42 reduced alcohol, caffeine and sugar
Longest streaks 67 then 51 (4 years later)
- still here fighting urges but loving this nofap lifestyle better than a life of addiction
- excited to see my kids who arrive home from University tomorrow for Christmas holidays.
- life is good ... Even with this struggle to fight, brothers, so keep going strong
