i was watching a fitness video on YouTube and there was a female coach and i got distracted watching her body. she was not provocative but my urge was about to Erupt as i have been suppressing that.looks like i have a long way to go. so i quit watching. still i habe been able in keeping my urge under control.
Days 2-5 fine
Day 3. It's hard but I'm harder Lol i mean I'm stronger.

good call bro, if we stay too long on the "staring body" attitude, we might get horny and that can cause troubles. if you think you can´t concentrate on the video then it´s better to change to other activity. Let´s go bro!!! one day at a time.
