All the blessed ⭐️
day 4/ 90
Made it to day 13 then relapsed. Going on a family trip threw me off-- didn't eat well, didn't sleep well, spent most of my time alone, didn't go to the gym; I only got back yesterday and immediately went to a party and didn't get enough sleep. So that wasn't great and is what I was afraid of. However, I feel really, really confident that I can do it this time. Especially since school starts up in 6 days and that will take up a lot of my time again.
amazing brother. how are you feeling????
that happens a lot in relapses. that´s why it´s better to always stay alert by keeping the good habits and behaviours even in holidays, even in party days, bad days, etc. if you can´t keep the good habits running in these particular days, then at least block yourself from accessing eletronic devices when alone. better safe than sorry.
Let´s go brother, rise again!!!
