    Day 1. Didn't get enough sleep last night, and I didn't eat incredibly, but I went to the gym and worked today. I'm in a bit of a depressive state but I was able to self-talk out of any urges and focused on what I wanted. Hopefully, tomorrow is a brighter day as I feel just exhausted.
