Day - 63/90....
Day 1. No urges so far. Expecting them to come maybe later in the day or tomorrow.

Daily check-in. I keep going. The morning wood was really huge today.

Day 4. Forgot to check in yesterday. Today I had some big urges, almost relapsed. What kept me going was thinking that I didn't want to come to this forum and write to you guys that I relapsed again. Together we got this, bros.
3+ days now. Counting each day is making me more aware of how often I used PM. Really almost every day.

Causes of relapsed-engaging Unconcious negetive sexual mind thought,so next time i don't engage any negetive thought
so whenever triggered this types of thought i can remember myself Because i learned what happend previous counting.

Day 2. These first days are hard this time. I’m still disappointed about my last relapses, after such a great streak in November and December. So I need to get out of that feeling of disappointment and rebuild my self-confidence again.
