Day 71 of 90 complete!
Day 9. Today was travel day, it was alright.
First off - Day 29!!!
I 100 percent agree that this is a serious problem and should not be taken as a joke itself, but once you realise it and start working on it, you need to let go of the depressive and negative thoughts of the past any way you can and not constantly obsess about how BIG and serious your addiction is and all that. These negative things don't help you long term, they only reinforce the fact the you HAVE a problem. Yes, you should be consistent and yes, you should remind yourself of the goals and benefits, but not reinforce the problems you currently have. Having a laugh at it from time to time helps bring you down to earth and being able to continue life as a normal person. Just remember any of your teenage or kids problems you may have had before and how some of them are laughable to you now )) This is gonna become one of those issues of the PAST for all you guys! Keep going!
Day 7. I feel I’m getting back on track. The challenges are my Fridays when I’m home alone at work at the computer all day, and moments when I come across something sexy by accident. When I had my 56 day streak in November and December, I was simply lucky because these two challenging situations did not happen. Now I have to face them, and when I can face them, I will have reached a new level of awareness and self control. I can do this. Easy.

You are of course 100% right. I was having trouble getting a grip on my behaviour, just reverting back to checking things automatically, instinctively almost. But I’m getting back in charge again.
