21st is just about to end. It is a short time but i have seen many advantages coming from NoFap lifestyle.
Dunnow if its the placebo effect of it or not but who cares when lots of good things have happened to me since I started.
No more(90%gone) social anxiety
More social power
I am My own self and am more sociable
These all may come from my own mindset because I know i have the power to defeat my enemies(noFap) but as i said who cares?

Day 10. I didn't think I would make it this far after MPing some yesterday, but by the grace of God, the urges disappeared and were pretty low today. Very thankful.
