    Does it usually take you guys about 3-4 days of abstinence to start feeling good again too? I know that nearly every time I would go on streaks around 3-4 days is the magical number in which I start feeling really good and level headed.

    Nothing is irrelevant, you might see it as failure but I see it as a warning and an inspiration to become better. By sharing your story you have inspired and motivated many to be better and change.
    Thanks you very much mansfelder:emoji_clap::emoji_clap::emoji_muscle:

    Day 9. Woke with an intense sexual urges. Hit me like 6 times. Entire night was dreaming about girls.
    Hopefully as I continue the urges will reduce. Cause in the morning. The urges where really strong. Even though I powered through.

    Had almost relapsed. One hour back. I was resting via lunch break then woke up with an intense desire to watch P. I had started downloading the videos. Then I gained my sense after thinking abt nofap and how I didn't want to live that way any more.

    This is a great post to remind us of how indeed, even though we can have small setbacks, that doesn’t mean that overall we’re not making progress. Let’s stay focused on the big picture!

    Yes, I recognize that. I’m at day 4 now and now the feeling of frustration about my reset is wearing off. Though I must say, for me, one week in is the moment I really feel like I’m back on track.

    And then there’s the 3 week hurdle, and in my best streak so far I discovered I have a 2 month hurdle as well. Oh well, we can overcome all this..

    Day 11.

    Had urges today like the last few days and withstood them successfully. ;)

    I talked with my psicologist today and noticed that I made a lot more eye contact without even trying, it was automatic and I could focus and think better while maintaining eye contact better than usually. So that was awesome, even though it's still a small thing.

    I also noticed that my social anxiety decreased slightly. This one might be a placebo or whatever, but I am just stating what I noticed.

    Anyways tomorrow there is more.

    Let's keep at it!
