The reason I mentioned for you guys try not to panic is because this is a vulnerable moment for all people. My company already sent a message to all employees that we are to work from home for the next few weeks at the least. As you all are aware - staying home for prolonged periods of time + stress from the virus situation and everything else in your life you may be stressed with could easily steer you towards relapse and bingeing. DON'T DO IT! This is a true test of your abilities and willpower! But it will pass and you will come out even stronger! Try to not get depressed! Try to socialize as much is allowed and possible in your area. Play a game, read a book, watch a movie, do that project that you constantly postpone, learn to code or anything else that you can learn at home or online That is my plan at least! The thing I am most sad about is, that most gyms are going to be closed soon as well I will have to think of home workouts Keep going! Don't stress too much and definitely don't panic! Turn to this forum if you have issues and we will be here for you guys!

Day 6 of this streak, in which my focus is to increase self love and thus eliminate the reasons for PM.

4 days of 90 completed.
Of recent I started something that has helped to reduce or stop me from negative thoughts.
I decided to write down any positive traits and actions I have and those I have done that day every morning and every night before bed.
I was always focused on the things I lacked and was missing out on my positive abilities.
Today I have completed day 31. Am going to bed in 20mins.
Tomorrow day 32
Yesterday night I noticed something in my dream which really amused me. So in my dream I girl offer me sex. And she was N but I looked at her and told her am on Nofap and won't be having sex untill o finish my 90days. Then gave her my number to call me after day 90 if she is still intrested.
This show that slowly my subconscious mind is starting to change adopting to my commitment to nofap. And my resolve to never do PMO again.
Well that would be a short list.
