Wasn't paying attention -day 7 came, crashed again.
0/90 -will not give up.
Hope all is well with you all ...I've been staying home 3-4 weekdays out of 5.
3 kids keep me busy and overwhelmed at home -went back to work, didn't give a thought ...didn't prepare myself mentally...crash!

I joined this forum 137 days ago. Of those 137 days, I was 125 days without PM.
No phone in bed is half the battle, I can assure you.
I can also recommend no phone in the bathroom. Just in general, try to spend less time on your phone. For me, that helped enormously.
Is there any good porn blocker apps out there ?

I relapsed guys :/ it was really getting to me all day yest and today. I'm starting again immediately.
I know I wasn't staying busy enough and was on the phone to much. I'm thinking of keeping my phone in my car this time and gonna try to stay busy this time around.
