Day 1 of 90
Relapsed yesterday night.
It happened because I started binge playing Magic: The Gathering, the whole day until like 11pm. Yeah I felt drained as hell, and wasn't tired for sleep.
So I kinda slipped into a feeling of "defeat". but now I am back again.
Thing is, I did not follow any schedule/routine, which I will do now, I will make sure that I maintain balance and include meditation in my daily habits.
Much strength for everybody.
Relapsed, day 1, no alcohol and phone in bed
For the iPhone I have never found a good solution. You can turn on a certain Adult Block, but you can not choose personally what that will block, it's a built-in filter that sometimes makes weird choices, not blocking things you'd want it to block and blocking totally decent things as well.

Day 4 of this streak. No more P, no more peeking. Instead I'm increasing confidence and self-love.

Day two completed.
Relapsed again last night. Day 0. Left my phone in my room which obviously was a bad idea. Part of it tho is that I have recently sort of forgotten why I'm in this fight in the first place. Lots of low-grade depressive episodes. I'll do some reading at some point tho, jog my memory, and should be back in the saddle sooner or later.
