Man you did not lose! This is a minor setback. Just continue on! I had the same experience. And you know what - I still have my progress. Learn from this, but don't get too hard on yourself and don't overthink it. Just continue with your life and you will get there

The chaser effect?! Dude I totally get that! It always confuses me because I'm like "uh, I JUST finished sex why am I thinking about porn now? I should be satisfied for a bit at least!" Nice to know someone else experiences this.
3 things I'm thankful for:
1) I did some yoga this morning and it felt so good to feel the blood flowing and the tension releasing. I'm thankful for my body and the fact that I get to experience life through it.
2) My cats. I have 2 cats and they are simply wonderful little companions. Both of them very sweet, they love to cuddle, and they never scratch you!
3) My wife. She has walked through more shit with me than most people would put up with. She's a fighter and a true warrior.
Day 11 of this streak. No more P, no more peeking. Instead I'm increasing confidence and self-love.
I built this reality, now I will build a better one.
I joined this forum 145 days ago. Of those 145 days, I was 133 days without PM.

Day 0 again. I heard with these kinds of things it's like 3 steps forward, 2 steps back. And I think I'm in the 2 steps back. I need my drive to fight back, but until then, I'm not gonna make progress. I keep putting off that reading too which is not helping. Hopefully that will make some sense of it.
