Day 1 done
Was easy, let's focus on day 2.

Day 5 completed. Better than last time. Day one exercise went well. Onto the next day.
Finished the 7 day challenge. Off to the big leagues! Day 0
One week no PMO
Checking in, 8/90. Have you made a real decision to do this? Not a 99% decision, but a 100% decision? Don't leave yourself any wiggle-room for failure. Decide to do it - for real, and do it.
Made it to Day 11 but unfortunately I relapsed but 10 days has been the longest I've been without PMO and I have to say I'm proud of myself back to 0 I guess. The brain fog appeared only when I'm about to go to sleep and that caused a lot of sleepless nights or very little sleep. Any advice to combat brain fog and urges would be appreciated!

Day 13 of this streak. No more P, no more peeking. Instead I'm increasing confidence and self-love.
I built this reality, now I will build a better one.
I joined this forum 147 days ago. Of those 147 days, I was 135 days without PM.
3 things I'm thankful for today:
1) My mattress. It's wonderful and comfortable and I love sleeping on it. Such a blessing!
2) Trees. I love nature and I love the beauty and diversity of the trees in my neighborhood. I love that it's spring time here and that life is beginning to fill the world.
3) Long walks with neighbors. With the shelter-in-place order, walks through the neighborhood have become everyone's favorite pastime. It's really nice to see everyone outside as a community enjoying the weather.
