This is 6 day completed.
I will finish the challenge on 30th June.
I started my first challenge on 1st July 2019 and I successfully finished the 90 day challenge.
So I will be180 days with no pmo for a period of one year, 1st July 2019 to 30th June 2020. A 50% success rate.
Well done. Keep it up!
Day 5/90 No PM
Day 438 at attempting this challenge
Day 154 weight training (M, W, F)
Lifestyle: reduced caffeine, desserts and alcohol
Checking in on Day 16. In my strategies to deal with anxiety and depression I have learned to accept temporary stressful feelings while letting the time pass. This is also helpful when dealing with the urges that come with this challenge.
We can recognize those unpleasant, restless feelings, while letting them pass by like clouds over the horizon. They are temporary, and we can have faith that the inner stillness we seek will return in time.
Forgot the day 1 post
Made it on Day 2
Back at day 1,didnt relapse but went onto omegle again and saw some stuff - didn't act out on there like I have done before thank God but I need to be honest with myself... I shouldn't have gone on there at all, no matter how much I am able to justify it to myself
Day 10 still going in hard
day 20/90... 70 more days left to go...
Relapsed back to day 0
Day 14 second week completed today I almost ruined it down I hold it back though. The urges are prety strong when I see something relate to P on social medias like a meme about a P actress, it makes me remember all the stuff that I watched of her.
Day 8! Lets go
Think it's been a couple weeks, but gotta start somewhere.
Clocking in on day 0. Let the rebooting commence.
Day 16. I felt dry which started at around day 10 (I'm not sure if weather is the reason) , but I'm alright now.
After my second weeks, my concentration, confidence, and activity become a bit better(These are judged by my weekly schedule) but not 100 percents. Hope I can keep progressing in third week
Day 1 no M,
Day 101 no P!
Keep going guys )
