adding a zero after 9 will take me 81 days! hehehehe
Stay positive, stay strong and stay safe !
Day 2 no M,
Day 107 no P.
I watched that video, yesterday! I really helped me remind my self the goals and to stop slacking. Thanks to whoever posted it here!
It was kind of easier in the beggining when I forced myself to watch/read one thing about porn addiction and reinforced my motivation. After I achieved the initial 2 months, maybe I started slacking a bit with the motivation, which led to the M relapses (no actual porn of course). So maybe I will start watching some motivational stuff every day again! Please post more videos like this! And thank you again! Keep going guys!
After three weeks there are some observable benefits. 1. better physical strength 2. mood is much more flat (Depression is gone)
However, my concentration and energy do not improve as much as I thought, (I'm greedy lol) so I add meditation in my daily routine now. Keep going!
good to go
Here i go again, a serious run, not gonna let temptation take me down again
Hey @fatherofthree, thanks, that sounds very good indeed. I'm gonna do that. Build it up slowly, so that I don't feel that I'm going for some far away goal that I'm afraid I won't reach, but I'll be celebrating all the accomplishments I'm making instead.
I'm gonna do a 30 Day Challenge first, building up from my current streak, then a 60 Day Challenge and then come back here. So I'll see you all again in 86 days! Well, not most of you, because you will all be succesful by then and past the 90 days But you know what I mean!
Day 0 PM
Day 40 O
I've also decided to work a dopamine detox plan. If you're unfamiliar with this concept, check out this video series on Youtube. I think this guy has a lot of good things to say about how the brain works and how porn (and other addictive behaviors) fit into the larger picture of your life.
For this first 90 days I will also be cutting out alcohol and caffeine, two of my biggest dopamine hits other than porn. This might sound like an excessive goal, but I have spent quite a bit of time in the past year or so working to dismantle these things in my life, so I'm not starting from scratch.
I'll be working to establish some fundamental self-care habits to replace these, like waking up at the same time every morning, going for a long, brisk walk (my form of exercise), adding more vegetables to my diet, and flossing at night.
On later cycles I plan to cut out things like scrolling social media (which I find also doesn't help with fapping btw), checking my phone so much, and binge watching TV shows. I'd like to replace those activities with things like reading books and doing home-improvement projects. BUT, you don't want to take on too much at once, so for the next 3 months I'm just focusing on the basics.
I would highly encourage you all to check out that video series. I think you'll be inspired to believe in a better life for yourself than you have now. And that just might be the vision you need to succeed when things get tough.
I wish you all the best!

Wtf? 88 days? Never thought I'd make it. Well, two days to go, but we always have to be careful not to slip. Anyway, I did it so far by avoiding staying alone and keeping myself busy. You guys can do it too, just keep going.
Stay safe, everyone!
Hey @Merry Terry I am glad, my best wishes to you brother, I am sure you will make lots of progress!
I am reporting on day 64/90. Feeling good and looking forward for a great week.
