Well your right about the surge...
It gets me more than often. Lol.
Well the effort to stay busy works, and I mean really busy so much that you are exhausted by physical duties and travels. This means when night falls you will go to bed with more intent to slp.
The surge usually gets me at nights when i sit down, start social media activity, or am there bored with energy to spare.
So yes buddy, get busy, stag busy, get tired, sleep, and wake to another day of improvement

27/30. Some mild urges, in the form of old images that are still stuck in my brain somewhere. But I just shook my head and let them fade away again. I'm learning that no matter what we feel, we can always take a few minutes and quietly just think about what's important, what we want to do. Just sit with the feelings for a while and don't act on them, and they'll pass on by after some time.
