Day 22 into the fourth week!
Several years ago I came across this site but never did anything about it. I feel like this 90-day challenge is exactly what I need now! I am very excited to see the benefits of this new lifestyle!

I joined this forum 192 days ago. Of those 192 days, I was 173 days without M’ing to P.
Started listening to some interesting audiobooks the last week because I suddenly had a lot of free time after quitting porn and realized that I used to search, download, and watch porn when I was bored before.
Started a journal to write down the books I read and things I achieved to always have a reminder how much stuff I accomplished since quitting porn. It's great to see the personal growth you can go through by quitting porn.
31/90 - No PM or alcohol
1/30 - No caffeine
Day 10 relapsed. Day 0.
I corrected my sleep schedule and I am maintaining it, it helped me stay on track.
However when the cravings kicked in, I couldn't get rid of them. I used occupiers like, watching videos and playing videogames, which worked great, and I did some things to relax and process my emotions (as good as I could), however the cravings were still there.
I got to work on that, to figure out what to do and what to expect. I would have been able to just go through that with gritted teeth, however I need to know for sure.

Four hours to go and I'll be able to say that I've covered my 15 days without actually PMO.
#day 4 feeling great and strong
Day 8/90. Another good day today. I think I've found a good recipe for success, although things always change. Nice to get a little exercise today, socialized, worked on a puzzle. Didn't cook anything today, but I will be in the next few days and I'm very excited about what I'm cooking! The crazy thing is I'm losing weight at the same time! Must be what happens when you exercise and stop drinking alcohol!
