    Hello all,

    Checking in day 25/90

Haven’t been as active the past couple days, staying focused on goals.

Keep with the challenge friends. I believe we can over come this and succeed. No doubt in my mind. Remember, your life is on the line. Also remember the power of choices. Some choices we make permanently alter and impact the course of your life. Therefore be aware of the choices you’re making and ask yourself is this helping me or hurting me? Each of us is responsible for both the choices we make and their consequences.

We live in a world that is attacking us from all angles. They are competing for our attention, our money, our time.

So be vigilant. Be mindful. Be intentional.

    To Your Success,
    Lamboskovich

    You got this man!
It’s happened to all of us before.
It sucks, but you’ve got to get back up again.

Reflect on what happened, maybe even write down your thoughts. Commit to a new course of action, and get back on track.

Sounds interesting! I consider myself Buddhist, but I’m not averse to other religions per se. I’ll look into it, thanks!

I pmo'd yesterday morning and the day before. I almost rationalized doing it one more time before checking in and coming clean but turned off the I pad and here I am. I feel bad in that I let others down. The short binge really affected my mood in a not good way. Anyway...I'm starting very. I need to be careful about indulging in porn like fantasy. That's what led to this relapse. One day at a time.

  11. Hi all,
This community helped me a lot in the past, for the information that I could find in the NoFap site, and just for the fact of not feeling alone, and taking a commitment in front of other people.

I had some relapses in the past months, and initially I lived with that: it was also a way to ease my life during the lockdown due to coronavirus.
But, now I realized that I need to reset myself and go back to the good habits, because in that way I'd feel to be a better person. I'd probably also look to find more occasions to have a good intimacy with my wife, if I manage to stop this behavior.

So, I'm happy to be here again and start this 90-days challenge with you guys.
I'm committing to check out here often to let you know about my progress.
    Thank you!

    Day 61 No M
    Day 166 No P

@Merry Terry Hey, I am not sure if this is totally related but I found it really helpful in a lot of ways!

Just find something motivating each day - a video or something else to set your mind right! You can listen in the video - it is about programming your subconscious and learning - and that is done through repetition!
A lot of the motivating videos I watch repeat the same things over and over again, but they are true. And they become more and more ingrained in my mind and part of who I am.

Set yourself up for success from the beginning of the day! My routine is - cold shower, motivating video, then read, like and write here in the forum! Then I go about my day :)

Woke up on a random morning with this idea in my head and decided to just go for it. Deleted all my social media apps, installed a YouTube and porn blocker and went on a diet. Diet is kinda failed already, but main focus is on no pmo here. Was planning on doing it for two weeks, my exam weeks. But after some reading on this site I figured I might as well try the full 90 days challenge. So here we go..

  16. 27/90. 4 weeks tomorrow and Monday will be my next goal of 30 :)
