Today is day 66. I walked 10 miles today.
I am in record territory. Thank God and NoFap. One day at a time

  2. Yeah, surely its possible,am in the same league(student and unmarried).
Be active in the forums and go through the threads, journals and all.It will for sure give u the insights how to stop pmo from experiences of others.U will get support and motivation to thrive ahead from fellow members. So be active on Nofap ,it helped me a lot.United we fight.Be always engaged in things u like mostly -talking to friends, cartoons, cooking so on.I watched naruto anime during the this journey and my mind was like what will happen next. Also have routine of meditation, walking, exercise. If u have faith in God ,pray,it will boost ur hope and help u.
And find ur trigger that leads u to fall and then find a way to either move away or overcome the trigger. For exp one of my trigger was p&m before sleep in my bed ,so i decided to keep my mobile in my living room.Am following this, til now.Likewise cut out all the triggers,it may be loneliness, disappointment, habit, etc.

    Wish u success,bro!

    Day 44
Only 1 more day till the halfway mark!
As I previously mentioned I never streaked longer than 30 days until now so everyday is a new milestone for me.

I'm really thankful to y'all because I wouldn't have gotten this far by myself. In 2019 I first read about nofap and was horrified because it made me realize that I have a huge problem with my porn consumption. I didn't want to join the forum because that would mean that I accept the facts. Instead I barely managed to streak for 1 week until I would PMO again. This cycle repeated for almost a year.
Only after joining the forum and communicating with all the dedicated people here did something change for me.

Thank you all for doing this together!

    Day 63 No M
    Day 168 No P

    Have an awesome day guys!

@HarveySpectre1998 Yes it is possible to go a long time without orgasming which means both no porn and masturbation! Don't fall back to porn. Start with smaller challenges if it is hard for you with no masturbation and no porn like - 1 week, 2 weeks, a month! And then come back here! Get used to not watching porn first and try to masturbate less and less with each streak. Then your brain will be ready to take on a bigger challenge! But it is absolutely possible and very good for your overall health!

    Day 36

Fortunately I have a lot of activities throughout the day. I often forget my old "beloved" watching porn habit.

But I am in bad mood the last couple days. In this period I have to think about my future studies. I had a conversation with my mentor, a professor in my uni, and he believes I am capable of a phd in USA or wherever i want in Europe (i am from Greece). He will ensure a position for me through his friends abroad. Excellent news of course. But really i don't have self esteem. I think i don't deserve it. I have fears for living abroad and get above this life. Another thought that torture me is that I can't even find a girlfriend. Almost 24 virgin never had a relationship. My student life ends and i have only failures with girls. These thoughts have "killed" me. I feel horrible. I cant have a simple nice life. I am only good at studies but my self esteem generally is bottom low.

Of course i continue with my efforts nofap etc. and i hope in the future to self improve. But i feel completely depressive the last days. I don't believe that i will ever solve my bigger problems. I have lost my hope this period, i am pessimist. I will try a lot to maintain my streak.

    Good luck guys!!

Day 7 right now. Still on the rooky-numbers in my opinion. I was just wondering, what do people actually do after they completed the 90-day challenge? Do they manage to pmo but in a balanced way, or do most people continue their streak, or just relapse?
