    Does flatline happen around day 60?
    I have almost zero sexy attraction or desire to talk with girls.
    I have morning erections and my dreams are filled with girls. But when am awake I just don't feel like talking to any.
    Am not experiencing that intense sexy desire I had before...

    Any insights on that?

    I do not know generally what people do after a 90-day reboot, but I think it's best to continue and not relapse because there is a change of falling back into the same habits and then you'll probably be back for another 90-day challenge.
    The goal here is to weaken the neural connections with (P) as much as possible - in this context, (M)ing contributes greatly in strengthening the same neural connections that you want to weaken and in return it'll make the process of recovery even harder.

    I believe there is no definite time in which a flatline will occur. I personally experienced a flatline (which was terrible) in the 5-6th week.

    I have the same question, really curious to know how people on this thread continue after 90 days..

    My plan for when this challenge is complete is simple; continue no P & M for the rest of my life but start having sex with real women and enjoy O's with them! The reason I'm here is that PMO has for the biggest part of my life prevented me from starting relations with real women. I've missed out on so much and I didn't even understand why!

    Shorter PMO free streaks in recent years have taught me that sex with a real woman can be satisfying.. before I learned this, real sex could never compete with P! So I'm working to eradicate P & M and enjoy a normal sex life after this reboot.

    I recognize the situation where objectively you are doing fine but emotionally you are in a bad place.

    Objectively you are a young guy (24 is really young, trust me!) who is intelligent and has the opportunity to go anywhere to study at the highest academic level. Do you realize in how fortunate a position you are? I'm not here to lecture you but many people around the world would kill to be in that position.

    Yet emotionally you are wrecked because you have not had a real love life yet and fear that you never will. PMO is likely a big part of what's been keeping you in this situation. I've been there too, it's an awful feeling and leads to hopelessness. For years I believed it was impossible for me to ever be with an attractive woman.

    A big part of this was that my idea of what is actually attractive was very much distorted by heavy P use and development of extreme fetishes. This is still somewhat of a problem.. but way less, it gets better with each PMO free day!

    Keep your streak going and (in my experience) as the PMO induced "haze" wears off, real world women will become more attractive to you and you will become more attractive to them. There is no reason why you should not find a great woman if you stay away from PMO!

    I would recommend looking at some sensible dating advice to learn how to best present yourself.. just don't fall down the whole "PUA" rabbit hole because that will create problems of its own. Check out this book for example https://markmanson.net/books/models (I like this author a lot, also his book The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck)

    To sum it all up: you are in way better shape that you give yourself credit for.. you are smart, young and your problems may seem huge and hopeless but they can be fixed. Just keep at it!

    Not sure why my counter gives me 71 days, as of yesterday i account for 66. I may have miscounted ar rest my counter wrong. As of 12pm today i have 67 days. One day at a time until 90, then 91.....
     
  16. I don't think anyone can manage PMO in a balanced way because the nature of the addiction is to escalate to more and more novel content and with that frequency usually rises as well. I believe it will be a life long struggle to avoid porn but it gets easier the more distance you get from your last PMO. 90 days is just the minimum amount of time it takes most men to reset their brain and sensitize it to normal sex with a partner, not a computer screen. A complete reboot is more like 2 years if no peeking is done and it's a clean a streak. Hope that helps.

    Day 2 completed. Feeling little bit better compared to yesterday but still the guilt is there. As I recover gradually, I will share some experiences of my previous 67 days streak here. Some days to be careful about:

    I) Days 16-23 were difficult. This is when negative thoughts start to enter your mind. You have to be very brave not to listen to them. If you can pass this stage, the next 2 weeks are a lot more easier.
    II) Days 41-47 After completing 40 days, there is a thought process that you have already completed a lot. But you can't stay complacent. Have to keep moving on. If you pass this phase, next 14-15 days are lot more easier
    III) After completing 60 days Personally, this was the most difficult phase for me . I became less responsive on the community and allowed myself to be weighed down by negative thoughts. This is when you need the community's help more than ever. You have to keep writing about your thoughts and try to stay in the present rather than worry about the future.
    Because I am trying to motivate myself, I'm keeping a track of mini-challenges that I complete as part of 90 day challenge. Completed day 2 of the mini 3 day challenge.
