    I agree. I decided to take my focus off streaks and instead focus on other things that will help me keep me occupied and better me while at the same time putting the idea of pmo away. I find myself focusing on these things even in the middle of the night. Initially I would be so focused on streaks to an extent of getting insomnia which always ended up to relapse.

    Thanks for the advice and of course its a helpful one for everybody. I am working out almost daily, and go out with my friends. I was in such a bad mood that even in gym i was triggered by the view of some nice girls. But personally my problem is deeper. I am in a crucial point of my life, ending uni, and i am extremely stressful. I have very low self confidence and others problems to solve with nopmo concurrently. Maybe its a lot for a person to handle at this moment. I will try every day. Its a difficult period for me but for sure will pass. Day 0 completed today.

    Thanks, that does help. The one sentence I sent was already part of a bigger text with some positive goals as well, but I see your point.

    Maybe try getting an external reason. And a futuristic reason.
    External reason: it can be someone you care about, or an activity you want to improve in but you have to quit PMO so that you can do it better.
    (My external reason is am on the university tennis team and I am going to win next university competitions but to do that I have to recover and regain my energy I lost die to PMO. I had some girls I was also doing this for but seems shes nolonger valid reason.)

    Futuristic reason: maybe save your sperm for your child cause you would not want to have a child from a weak sperm because of PMO . Or to improve in your career.
    (My futuristic reason is to save my energy so that I can use that energy in obtaining my goals and also so that my body system can recover so that when i give birth,my sperms are healthy to give me healthy and strong kids.)

    Most of my reasons to quit PMO are futuristic cause for to be able to live the life I want to live i have to be healthy and fully recovered from PMO.

    And maybe am also driven by my regrets of what PMO has made me to miss out.

    Passed the 1.500 hour mark.
    Only 2 more days until my first and longest streak.
    Horny the last couple of days but not inclined to watch P.
    This Too Shall Pass.

    Just finished the first day of abstaining. So far, I don't feel any adverse effects of the withdrawal.
    Stood up a little late today (10:30), which needs to be worked on! (5:00 is ideal)
    Finished a session of sport 30min ago and now I'm good to go for the day.
    I'll start by meditating for 10min and eating my breakfast. After that, I will finish my academic and extracurricular tasks.
    Once I finished all tasks I deserve to hang out with the boys.
