@Merry Terry I did not mean it in a bad sense. You just mentioned you were quitting NoFap and I thought you wanted to stop using the forums and do it in your own way so just gave an example. Was not trying to tell you to quit or not. Don't take it personally )) I truly believe that you should use the forums while it helps and then go on about your life after you have felt rebooted. It's like learning to ride a bicycle and remove the help wheels after you are comfortable enough. Thats my plan at least! Sorry if that was not close to your question.

I had a 20 day streak then have been away for a couple weeks. Not much p or m but plenty of lust and porn like thoughts. I was fooling around with a woman i met. And then went to a hookup site which is like porn. My erections were only about half way . Ive become porn dependant for a good erection. The hookup site totally consumed me. I missed alot of work and am totally sleep deprived. Really porn in a differant form and then when i meet someone im unable to perform sexually. Anyway im back at ground zero. One day at a time
