Day 12/90. Staying busy and excited for the 4 day weekend coming up
day 5 completed and checked in to day 6 and this is the days last time i relapsed but this time i will not ;;; i am fully prepared this time and have my mindset to complete my upcoming goals ; my next goal is to complete 7 days so fully ready for that ;;; day 5 was full of ups and down but i want to complete day 6 smoothly giving full time to myself
Almost the end of the fourth day of hard mode. Usually at this point I gave up and my current record is 6 days.
The difference is that this time I don't want to give up and I know I can do it because I'm in control now.

You can do this! But ask yourself.. How long was your streak? What made you relapse? What will you do different this time to reach 90 days?
Meditation is still really helping me.

I remember saying to myself exactly one year ago I am putting pmo behind me forever. I was so determined that for the next 180 days I only relapsed once.
Anyway I am still here, I do appreciate milestones and I have learnt to trust the process and remain honest with myself.
87 days. Got a little too sure of myself. Urges had been building up for quite some time and I had no outlet. But that's no excuse. There's always a way out.
Day 1/30 No PM (June done, now July)
Day 523 at attempting this challenge
Day 183 weigh training (M, W, F)
Day 2 Jogging (Tues &Thurs)
Day 54 No caffeine and no alcohol
Lifestyle: reduced desserts
One month down, 2 to go - one month at a time strategy this time around. Not doing any weight training or jogging for a while since I am on holiday and sticking to my workout and diet routines has been tough. Heading home on July 4 so will get back into my disciplined routine of working out and eating and drinking right then.
2 days done and dusted.

I had a deep sleep (slept for 10 hours) and then i felt really horny during the day so when i was having the urgue i grabbed my guitar and started stroking it (jk) I practiced for around an hour and then i went out at park to workout with bars for 2 hours came home read a bit and thats it
