I have to limit the time I spend on my mobile because that is the reason behindm relapse. Last time I only relapsed because I unblocked my porn blocker and did some surfing on porn sites watched some videos and then hold myself to not do a PMO. But then I watched a movie and relapsed on a sex scene. I will pathetic that what was I doing. Now I will never touch my porn block again. I will try minimize my time on mobile.

I think that it is wise to have thing such porn blocker but to be honest with you change needs to happen deep withing you that you won't need a P blocker in the future. Nowadays P is everywhere the thing that has to be changed is our attitude towards it, towards women and greed strongly assosiate with it. Work on your personality, your dominant mental attitude the person you deeply desire to be so you won't need porn to feel satisfied. Cheers bruv!

Hey guys, I relapsed again. I'm really struggling to get momentum. I'm going to set a shorter goal and attempt a 30 day dopamine detox.
Being conscientious of dopamine spikes and activities was really helping me earlier this year and I think I need to reset more than just porn usage.
So, for now I'm switching over to the 30-day dopamine detox thread. Thanks everyone for the support and I hope to see you all here in about 30 days.

almost two weeks in, feels good to be back on track. Blocked porn sites and doing my best to resist urges
You can do this man, one suggestion which helps you, come to this forum whenever you urges had.

Day 60 completed i am writing this at 3.35 am of morning as i am not feeling sleepy and at night my mind is like cmon cmon it was hard so i come here post after reading the post of others i feel relaxed and urges are down it's easy to fall at night i basically drink coffee at night that's why i am not feeling sleepy at night it's always battle between me and urges hope it ends soon and i am trying to change my sleep wake cycle and i will not drink coffe or anything at night from now on
Relapsed day 11 - back to day 0 lets go!!!!!!
