Ok I need to get serious. I did not watch any P but after I had sex yesterday I was so horny the whole day that I gave in an MO'd to toughts of having sex again. I know I have been slacking a little bit after I finished the first 90 day challenge. I have been repeating to myself that it's ok to get a little loose, its summer, you have to chill, you are not watching porn after all, its fine bla bla bla all that stuff. And although some of it may be true, it does not align well with my goals of NOT procrastinating much and staying very motivated to achieve my projects and things in life. It's not as if I have stopped working on them, but just doing it too slow. Also as @hermitthefrog mentioned in his last post, I also need to focus on an actual relationship rather than just having sex. I enjoy sex a lot right now as if I am making up for the past couple years of crappy sex life but this should not be the goal. So guys, yes you will heal your physical sexual issues in probably a little less or a little more than 90 days if you stay true to the challenge! BUT the other mental issues - pursuing sexual gratification and lust from women - do not dissapear that quickly. I am not saying you should not want sex or have sex, but try to do it in a more meaningful way so both you and your partner enjoy it more.

day 5 completed and 1 day to complete my next target of 6 days no pmo ;;; decided to handle everything on my own and refrained to take the recovery videos as due to those , porn is all time running in my mind and my last relapse was due to this only so living free without any type of help and distraction;;; also i decided to fix my sleeping pattern and for 2 days i follwed that but today i woke up late but no worries i will cover that in future days ;; also i am able to concentrate on my studies these days ,,
Thanks for coming back and sharing this. It's so easy to do and I want to encourage you to be vigilant over the next few weeks until you get a new run of abstinence well established. I completed 90 days a couple of years ago (not here on nofap) and then let it slip one day without much thought. It was a couple of months before the full habit re-established itself, but it did, and then it's taken until now to get back on track and have another serious try at no PM. It's good that you came back here to reset and I wish you the best, and hope the support and accountability of this group helps you along the way.

fuck!!!!!!!!!!!! relapsed again after 6 days of nofap ;; i don't know what happened to me when i masturbated to a mere youtube video , i was not using my sense that time and it happened in flow ;; i am really feeling bad , everything was going good and i was also very happy ; i am not performing my best in this task ;; i should have more aware of these ;; but it's only 3rd august and the whole month is there to perform and i will utilise each and everyday of this month and will not give up easily
