i'm in for this challenge
i messed up yesterday and got hard browsing instagram. I've been on a good streak so for my own motivation I'm gonna pretend like it didn't happen and subtract the days once I hit 90
it's day 1 after 2 days of relapse ;; i really loose all my motivation and stability after relapses as due to this i fall in relapse cycle ;; but this time i will began to move forward and will break all my past streaks ; my next goal is to complete day 2 without any disturbance ,,
Day 2. Kept myself distracted today!
Day 38/90 this day of the month is supposedly me and my exe's monthsary

it's 5 am in india and still i am unable to sleep ;; i tried alot but still i failed to sleep ;; i need to fix this as this is really badd as this can affect my studies and goals ;;

73 days done...meditated this morning, worked two jobs, taking the dog for a walk now and gonna listen to some good stuff...keep going...get one more...all the best to you guys...
Day 4 complete. I am noticing a new type attention 4 days in. Is it placebo? Is it semen retention? Let's find out.

15 days completed trying to wake up early but failed but i will try to wake up as i have more time to be productive if i wake up early and sleep early also
i couldnt keep my mind distracted from the urge
