15 days completed trying to wake up early but failed but i will try to wake up as i have more time to be productive if i wake up early and sleep early also
i couldnt keep my mind distracted from the urge
i am a failure

Hey friends, I'm back at day zero unfortunately. I learned the porn brain does look for any erotic scaps it can find since I currently have no internet at my house. I found myself watching a vanilla soft core movie on TV longer than I should have and saw enough nudity to call this a relapse. I should have turned it off right away but got fixated on it and kept watching for an hour or so. Made it 32 days this time around so my streaks are getting longer at least.
Day 558 at attempting this challenge
Day 191 weigh training (M, W, F)
Lifestyle: reduced caffeine, alcohol and desserts
After 3 days, come back and read the comments and got motivated.

day 2 completed and my first target also ;; my next target is to complete 4 days ;;; i will not going to fell in any of the traps today and willl perform my best in this ;;; i don't know but these days i am not able to sleep for long hours as gets up after 3 or 4 hours .;; also i am trying my best to cover my backlogs ;; also from now i will not take any break in studies and will study regularly without any exception as last break gone wrong ..
Hey man, we all struggled and have made mistakes but the strength to fight back and improve is what makes us warriors, so don’t give up, keep fighting and adjust, you have all the time to improve
I have the same problem with sleep. I could only get 5 hours a day, maybe working my brain by reading or exercising might help so I’ll try that
Everything going well Alhamdulillah. Except for sleep of course. But I know that this is temporary so I’ll be patiently wait for my insomniac episodes to end
